Different headlights and tail lights on US version?

I know its relatively common knowledge that the International model of the new 9-5 has different headlights and tail lights from the US version. The US version isn't as ice-block tinted as the international one, and it has unsightly yellow reflectors on the outside corners of the headlights. The tail lights are completely red instead of red with ice block looking accents. I've included the pictures below to highlight what differences I'm speaking of.

I was wondering if any saab part shop sells the international headlight covers and tail light assemblies, or are there any ways to custom order it WITHOUT the US changes if you live in the US? IMO, the US changes water down the overall sharpness and arctic look. It makes it look more like a standard american car. (yuck).

Thanks!

That's an interesting idea. I wonder if my local Saab dealership would install them. I don't see a reason why not. Unless, they changed the headlights and tail lights in the US to meet some kind of safety requirements, but idk.
Hope we see alternatives soon. And here's to hoping the NG 9-3 won't have the same changes! ;ol;
Thanks for the reply!
