If you threw a code twice, then you probably need a pump. It's kind of a pain to swap out, mostly due to the "quick disconnect" hoses that connect to the pump. Pull the hose from the intake side of the valve and start the car from cold and see if air is blowing out. If it is very little or none at all, you need a pump too. Saabpartonline.com was one of the cheapest I found with shipping. The pump cost me $245 total. You can call your dealer and see if they will match the price, but they probably won't. They aren't the quickest delivery, but it's not like your car won't run without it. If you have the etorx sockets and a good impact ratchet, then you can remove the starter that is in the way.
