linky. Basically a crush washer is exactly what it sounds like. A washer that gets crushed to form a tight seal when the bolt is tightened. Basically the same as any metal gasket. Banjo bolts on my T25 in my NG900 2.0se were 12mm. I think (but am not positive) that one of the TD04 lines uses 14mm banjos. Take one of the banjos down to your local autozone and look wherever they keep the washers for oil drain plugs. You should be able to find some in both copper and...some other metal. Brass or aluminum maybe. The brass/aluminum ones will be flat on one side and have little pillow looking shapes on the other that squish. Everyone always says use copper ones for the turbo but I couldn't get mine to quit leaking coolant from the one line with those so I went with the aluminum ish ones. Think I still have a box for them up at my dad's house, I'll look and post a SKU...
