i was looking into this aswell so far i found out its a brass washer that you crush down when you tighten the bolt. idk what size to grab but you might be able to measure the one on the car when you remove it

Do you guys not know about the platnoff saab site? Here's a linky. Basically a crush washer is exactly what it sounds like. A washer that gets crushed to form a tight seal when the bolt is tightened. Basically the same as any metal gasket. Banjo bolts on my T25 in my NG900 2.0se were 12mm. I think (but am not positive) that one of the TD04 lines uses 14mm banjos. Take one of the banjos down to your local autozone and look wherever they keep the washers for oil drain plugs. You should be able to find some in both copper and...some other metal. Brass or aluminum maybe. The brass/aluminum ones will be flat on one side and have little pillow looking shapes on the other that squish. Everyone always says use copper ones for the turbo but I couldn't get mine to quit leaking coolant from the one line with those so I went with the aluminum ish ones. Think I still have a box for them up at my dad's house, I'll look and post a SKU...

so what your sayings is that i can use a regular copper washer? what about the oem ones from saab? because ive got alot of them in differnt sizes, and for the coolants lines on a td04 upgrade with the t25 lines i should still use a copper washer instead of the one with rubber inside it?
