To fully exploit the available power, the Saab
9-5 Aero has a sports chassis, 17” light alloy
wheels, switchable Traction Control System
(TCS) and extra-large ventilated disc brakes.
The sports steering wheel has enlarged thumb grips and leather rim. You will also find leather trim on the gear lever.
Enhanced aerodynamic
performance is provided by the body-coloured
front spoiler, side skirts and rear valence. The
front spoiler also has integrated foglamps. Accessory rear bridge spoilers are also available.
The new 2.3 litre turbo-charged engine produces up to no less than 350 Nm of torque. With manual transmission, there is also an over-boost function that pumps out 370 Nm for 20 seconds.
