On all Saab 900s four wheel disc brakes with ABS allow you to brake and steer without skidding.

Like all Saabs a rigid safety cage with side intrusion beams in the doors protect all the occupants.

Automatic seat belt tensioners and twin airbags (passenger’s side optional) give front seat passengers further protection.

Saab’s unique Safeseat gives all three rear seat passengers 3 point inertia reel seat belts while still allowing a 40/100 rear seat split. The rear seat also has two integrated child safety seats.

Saab’s rigid steel safety cage provides all-round protection for all occupants.
